Management, from my experience, hasn't been very effective in addressing this and more or less has proposed illogical resolutions to rearranging my furniture rather than choosing to address the concern from a community standpoint. This place does get rowdy and I question if management is on top of that, because noise complaints are round the clock here.

We had invited friends for dinner in peak summer time and felt that our AC was not cooking enough, we were contemplating calling the handy man coz we dint want to be in the middle of AC change when the guests arrive. But it was getting so hot that we eventually had to, and they changed in literally 10 mins..... Another time, the battery went off for our fire alarm on a Friday late night and it started beeping. To our surprise the came by immediately and fixed it.
Again that we had friends over who live in silver towers and they were amazed at the service . Very similar scam happened when I was moving out. When they were doing the move-out inspection, they told me that I only need to pay for painting parts of the wall in the living room. And they asked me to sign a blank move-out inspection form. Several weeks later, I found out that they took $1500 out of my $5595 deposit!!
